RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are the responsibility of the customer except when the product is defective or the product delivered is not the one ordered, in which case you must contact customer service. Returns should be made to the address provided by email, Colissimo required. Please include a sheet of paper with the following information: order number, last name, reason for return, if you are requesting an exchange, please mention the desired item and size.

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to withdraw according to the legal deadline governed by article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Returns are processed within 2 to 7 days. Refunds are issued automatically after verification of the item and the legal deadline, but appear within 10 to 14 days depending on the bank.

No refunds are issued when the company's liability is not involved.

Examples: loss of package, return to sender, damage following delivery, theft.
